Which light colour should I choose for my skin? I have some breakouts but also fine lines.
You can absolutely use different modes on different days — red light is commonly associated with skin renewal and the look of fine lines, blue light with blemish-prone skin, and the third mode is geared towards glow and soothing. For your combination of concerns, many of our customers alternate between red and blue sessions across the week. Whichever mode you choose, keep each session within the time recommended in the manual.
