How do I use this, and should it be morning or night?
We recommend applying it after cleansing and toning, letting your skin dry a little first, then smoothing it over your face with a cotton pad or clean fingers. It's a leave-on exfoliant, so there's no need to rinse it off, and it works well in either your AM or PM routine. If you use it in the morning, always follow with a daily sunscreen, since exfoliating acids can make your skin more sensitive to the sun.

How often should I use it? I'm worried about overdoing it.
We suggest starting slowly, once a day or even every other day, so your skin can adjust comfortably. As your skin gets used to it, you can build up your frequency based on how it responds.
