How and when should I use this cleanser in my routine?
We recommend using it as your cleansing step, both morning and night, as it's gentle enough for daily AM and PM use. Massage a small amount onto damp skin, then rinse with lukewarm water. Always follow with a moisturiser afterwards to keep your skin barrier comfortable and hydrated.

Which skin types and concerns is this cleanser best for?
We find it works beautifully for rough, bumpy or textured skin, and it's a popular choice for those dealing with keratosis pilaris. The salicylic acid helps smooth the skin, while the ceramides and niacinamide support the skin barrier. If your skin is on the sensitive side, we'd suggest patch-testing first and starting slowly to see how your skin responds.

Can I use this with my retinol or other acid products?
You can, but because this cleanser already contains salicylic acid (a BHA), we recommend introducing it alongside retinol or other exfoliating acids gradually to avoid over-exfoliation, dryness or irritation. Listen to your skin, always follow with moisturiser and consider spacing out your actives. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or have very reactive skin, we'd suggest checking with a dermatologist or skincare professional first.
